Students colour the nature
17.08.16 - Vishiwjeet Singh
Students colour the nature

For everyone freedom has a different meaning. For an artist, freedom means being able to freely express himself through his art.
With this freedom, the students of M.A. Fine Arts-2nd year of Punjabi University, Patiala celebrated Independence Day this year.
They surprised everyone with their beautiful paintings on some of the trees and benches in the campus.
Besides expressing themselves freely, the students had another motive to prove that they can not only paint in a closed room on a canvas but can do much more, if given a chance.
The whole class came together to contribute and do something different in the university.
They want to create such a kind of an open art gallery in the whole university.
In the beginning they had to face some problems in getting the permission but eventually they were able to convince the authorities to let them do it.
And now after seeing their work everyone is appreciating and congratulating them for their initiative.
University authorities have also promised to help them with funds and any other requirements.
